I adore this time of the year. We are all back to work, school and we are focusing on new dreams and projects, the heat is finally starting to slow down, the light upon Rome becomes softer and the city appears more wonderful than ever.

The real summer has actually come and, even though I hate the heat, I can’t help but being positively influenced by this weather. I’d love to spend days outdoor, training, strolling around and admiring Rome in all its splendour beneath an utterly blue sky.
